Graphite foil Hexaflex™ is manufactured from natural flakes of graphite through a chemical and thermal process which leaves behind flexible graphite of highest purity without the presence of any binders, sulfur and halogens.
Hexaflex™ foil is further processed by rolling on automatic lines. The process of production is continuous and there are several non-destructive control measures for density, thickness and homogeneity of the material along and across the rolling line – this ensures highest and consistent quality of Hexaflex™ foil and subsequent products based on it.
Hexaflex™ graphite foil is aimed to cover whole range of requirements starting from basic industrial needs and up to demanding high-temperature applications. Industrial grades offer highly reliable and feasible solution whereas high spec grades are suitable for оxidising, corrosive and high-temperature conditions as well as nuclear norms.
