FOIL REINFORCED GRAPHITE SHEETS (M1)
Graphite sheets Hexaflex™ type М1 are manufactured using Hexaflex™ graphite foils followed by further reinforcement with a plain stainless steel (or other alloy) insert bonded with a special technology for improved handling and mechanical strength.
The use of our patented technology allows us to manufacture and integrate any width of steel reinforcement without any discontinuity of the metal, which in turn makes the gaskets prepared from them, very consistent in handling pressure or any application demand.
Our sheets provide great chemical resistance, high elasticity and thermal stability and are recommended for basic sealing applications including steam.
